You can return or exchange any eligible item within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Sale items, perishable goods, and custom products are non-returnable
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@petparcel.com.au with your order number
- Let us know if you want a return or exchange
- We’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions
Exchanges
Need a different size, flavor, or type? We’re happy to help!
- Exchange shipping is free for your first exchange per order
- Subject to availability — we’ll confirm your preferred replacement via email
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
- You’ll receive an email once your refund is processed
Damaged or Wrong Item?
Oh no! If something arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right ASAP.
- Snap a photo and email us at support@yourstore.com
- We’ll send a replacement or refund immediately — no need to return the damaged item
