You can return or exchange any eligible item within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Sale items, perishable goods, and custom products are non-returnable


How to Start a Return

  • Email us at support@petparcel.com.au with your order number

  • Let us know if you want a return or exchange

  • We’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions

Exchanges

Need a different size, flavor, or type? We’re happy to help!

  • Exchange shipping is free for your first exchange per order

  • Subject to availability — we’ll confirm your preferred replacement via email

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days

  • You’ll receive an email once your refund is processed

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Oh no! If something arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right ASAP.

  • Snap a photo and email us at support@yourstore.com

  • We’ll send a replacement or refund immediately — no need to return the damaged item
